On June 30, 2018, a tasting of the seven meats covered by the project took place in the restaurant L'Avenue.
Chef Jocelyn Biscarrat presented two different types of confection. At an initial time, the products were subjected to a natural confection, only grilled with added salt. Subsequently, the confection was sophisticated, which allowed the presentation of a varied range of gourmet/premium options. Both confections were extremely well executed, which delighted everyone present and toasted the Chef for compliments.

This international action allowed to generate sensory experiences, allowing feel the flavor, the smell and the texture of the Portuguese beef. This helps to promote national products, which are of great quality and show to the potential buyers that Portugal is a producer of excellent beef.

The "Portuguese Beef" brand was present at IFE, from March 17 to 20 in London, United Kingdom.
The last international participation took place at the IFE. Although they have not yet released the number of professional visitors for the year 2019, it is estimated that they exceeded those of 2018 on a large scale (about 27000 visitors from 11 countries and 1350 exhibitors).
